Setting your convection oven to such time and temperature limits is completely wrong. Since convection ovens are smarter and more efficient, experts recommend you adjust the cooking temperature to degrees Fahrenheit lower. As you probably know, convection ovens can cook foods more quickly and at a lower temperature than conventional ovens. This is thanks to a fan that circulates the hot air around the foods, preventing an insulating layer of cooler air from clinging to the food.
